Hi everyone. I think it's dumb that I have to send an email to the entire mailing list for one stupid bug, but here I am. Ever since Growl 2.0, speech notifications crash Voiceover. I use Growl for Trillian, Skype, and Menuweather and when people sign in and out of Facebook or Skype several times, when the speech notification clashes with whatever Voiceover's saying, Voiceover will completely crash and I have to restart it or my entire computer. It would be nice if, instead of Growl interrupting what Voiceover's saying or even clashing with Voiceover, what if the speech notifications from Growl waited until Voiceover stopped talking? Just a suggestion and it would sure save me a lot of frustration. Other blind Voiceover users are reproducing this issue. I'm running the latest version of Growl on a standard MacBook running OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.2. I hope this bug gets fixed soon. Thanks.
