Yes, with a couple of conditions.  You need to be using Growl.app, and
not using our Notification Center integration or one of the queuing
displays (Bezel, Nano, Music Video).  Go to GrowlTunes settings in
Growl's applications tab, and find the "Changed Tracks" notification,
and set the "Stay on Screen" from "Application Decides" to "Always".
