Odd, it should have imported the old ticket files, but since it
didn't, Applications get listed there when they register with Growl.
Most apps register on launch, and app's using newer frameworks will
register when they fire the first notification.  Some app's might
require an upgraded framework to talk to Growl from the app store.  If
after relaunching apps you are still having issues, let us know and
with which apps, and we will help you figure out how to get them
working (on rare occasions some older app's cant be made to work with
the newer growl directly, but we will still try to help you get them
working)
