Build a release build and not a debug or localization build? Guys, seriously, if you're going to build Growl yourselves, you're going to have to spend time looking at how Xcode works, and how the code works, and how our build system works. The Release directory's rake file is very, very easy to read and should be pretty straight forward for you to get the idea here.
