2 or 3 years ago I was trying to use Growl and ran into problems because I usually have at least 2 different user accounts logged in on my Mac. I'm a little hazy on details, but when I'd try to use Growl with the second account to log in, it would report that some other process already owns Growl, or something to that effect.
I reported this and was told that it would probably never be fixed. Has there by any chance been a change of status on this?
