It's really annoying when you're watching a movie and notifications pop up. Is there a way you can build in a option to switch notifications off automatically when certain programs are running, such as VLC and quicktime? I've found some applescript that will do it but it seems quite inconvenient http://superuser.com/questions/143703/is-it-possible-to-somehow-hide-growl-and-herald-when-vlc-runs-fullscreen. Thanks
