Odd, just realized, the initial problem, multiple entries created, shouldn't be happening. We use a GNTP Header (the Sent-By) header to declare what computer sent it, and we try to use your computers bonjour name for that. It shouldn't be generating multiple entries just because of changing the IP address, unless you are using some other method of GNTP forwarding which isn't sending the Sent-By header.
