I have MacOS 10.7 and had previously installed Growl Fork. After purchasing Growl from the App store, the new installation went wrong. I followed the uninstall steps of GF from the FAQ several times, and reinstalled Growl 2.0.1 again and again... The question mark stays on the Growl icon in the Launchpad and the System Preferences doesn't contain it at all. Please help, what to do?
