Im going to go ahead and cover both fronts (either from growl to status board or prowl to staus board) since I'm not entirely sure what you mean. Growl does not provide access to our history database through any API, however, in Growl 2.1, we are adding a script action for 10.8 users, which would allow you to do whatever you wanted with notifications, including sending it to your own served system for Status Board.
For the other direction (putting prowl notes into status board), you would probably need to talk to Zac who made Prowl, as I don't think he has made any API available for retrieving notifications that have been sent to Prowl.
