Hi Dan,

I've just purchased Growl 2.0.1 from the AppStore, when I try to select my
applications I want growl to notify me about there's none there... help?

This is not the way it works:
- you don't select yourself the application you want Growl to notify you about
their activity

Instead:
- if the application is compatible with Growl notification (not all
applications),
- it will register itself to the Growl list that is empty on your preference
pane snapshot
- then, with this preference pane you'll be able to edit its default settings

For instance, free applications like VLC, Firefox, Thunderbird or Cyberduck
will be registered after you launch them (with Growl running).

Hoping this helps you,

-Yann.
