It's not possible with any method of talking to Growl. It has been requested before, but it is unlikely to happen as user choice is highest priority for us, and allowing forcing a display style undermines that choice. We have considered a compromise of "requesting" a display style, with no guarantee it will be used, but the time for implementation makes it unlikely at this point.
