Returning the note like that should work, although there were times it gave
me fits. As an alternative to how it is done in the sample, try
set newDescription to replace_chars(description, "@Growl", "@GrowlMac")
return {notification return:{note description:newDescription}}
There is one case under which notification return is presently ignored, and
that is with notification center (Improved in 2.1.1)
