I have downloaded growl and the notifications work with my Spotify application but not with my Twitter application. I also downloaded Tweet Deck and growl is still not showing notifications for new tweets.
Twitter & Tweet Deck both show up as applications in the Growl preferences. They are turned on so Growl should to working..
