I just re-installed Mavericks, Twitterific (downloaded from Icon Factory), and Growl (installed from App Store). Now, Twitterific isn't registering in Growl.
On my machine at home, which is also running Mavericks, Twitterific, and Growl, Twitterific is registering correctly in Growl and notifications work.
