Do other applications work reliably? The problem is that as far as I know that 
super duper implements Growl via a custom script and through the framework, 
which isn't exactly the way anyone else does it as far as I've seen. So if some 
things work and other things don't, you're going to need to narrow down exactly 
what types of things do work and what types of things do not work and probably 
then talk to the super duper guy.  

I realize this isn't ideal, but it's the best idea I have and I've been 
thinking about this for a bit. You're going to need to troubleshoot this, we're 
not going to have perfectly simple answers because this isn't perfectly simple.
