Are you using ipv6 at all? It seems your lease from the dhcp server is
expiring close to the 12 hour mark (I may be misreading it) which is the
default for ipv6. If you aren't utilizing ipv6 you could simply disable it.

HardwareGrowler is simply telling you about the change the operating system
is seeing. Albeit it doesn't look like the ip actually changed. So the dhcp
server is likely providing the same ip to the device upon renewal. It's
still a change to the OS and to HWG.
