Yes, this is possible. As noted in the gRPC Java server reflection tutorial <https://github.com/grpc/grpc-java/blob/master/documentation/server-reflection-tutorial.md>, such a command-line tool already exists in the grpc/grpc repository: see https://github.com/grpc/grpc/blob/master/doc/command_line_tool.md for more details about its usage.
