There are no precompiled versions of grpc_chsharp_ext available for raspbian on ARM (mono and .NET core on ARM is not officially supported by gRPC C#, the only platforms supported on ARM are Android and iOS). You can try to compile it yourself with "make grpc_csharp_ext" or using cmake - it shouldn't be hard (similar to https://github.com/grpc/grpc/blob/master/BUILDING.md)
