The protocol definition document
<https://github.com/grpc/grpc/blob/master/doc/PROTOCOL-HTTP2.md> lists all
of the HTTP/2 headers that are given specific meanings by the gRPC
protocol. Make sure you check both the "Requests" and "Responses" sections.
