Hello Google team,

I'm building a service with gRPC gateway at the edge, and I want to enable a
typescript-based client to talk to it. However, the current compiler for
ts-gateway, protoc-gen-grpc-gateway-ts does not dynamically build paths as it
should.

Worse still, it appears that no one is actively maintaining this repo. The last
change was merged 3 years ago at time of writing.

This pull request would solve my
problems(https://github.com/grpc-ecosystem/protoc-gen-grpc-gateway-ts/pull/47),
could someone please take a look at merging it in? Myself and others would be
grateful.

Best,
