Daniel formed a keybase channel where we discussed the transition and at
some point we focused on a more modern tracker and CI for the project. The
discussion took place mostly this year, but I have been involved in the CI
aspect since last year (working closely with Glenn W.). The people who
discussed the options include Canonical & RHEL GRUB maintainers, Daniel,
Vladimir and Glenn Washburn. I am sure I'm missing a few others, but I've
covered most.
