installing GSTAT 2.2.1

Dear all: I tried to install GSTAT 2.2.1 version by downloading and decompressing it. I installed in the same directory the four .dll files and the new version of GSTAT (I used GSTAT 2.1.0 till now). GNUPLOT was already installed in the same directory, taken in the old 2.1.0 zip file. Everyway GSTAT doesn't work, it gives 'error opening terminal : cygwin'.    What do I have to do?
