Just tried PCRaster maps as input for variogram calculation, using a command file like:
data(test):'vario.map';
The variogram I got was quite different from what I expected, and I tried
map2col vario.map vario.col
(which easily converts your PCRaster map to column file)
and the command file:
data(test): 'vario.col', x=1, y=2, v=3;
The resulting variogram was completely different (closer to what I expected).
What is wrong in this case, me, PCRaster or Gstat?
