Hi:
I have a question on gstreamer api< gst_parse_launchv>,
Why I start gstreamer to play a mp4 file at the first time, the elapsed time
for this interface is 500ms?
But at the following time I start it again(for the second time, third time, and
so on) , the elapsed time is just less than 200ms, what's the reason?
I 'll appreciate it very much if you could help me.
