[gt-user] How to get a globus certificate in windows

Hello,
   
  I try to run globus-start-container on windows.
  But when I write globus-start-container on command window. It gives me error:
  Failed to start conatiner [Caused by security credentials]
   
  So I try to get the ceritifcate: I type the command 
  grid-cert-request -caEmail false
  So it creates three files:- usercert_request.pem,userkey.pem and usercert.pem
   
  Then I try to GCS ceritificate from the site:
  http://gcs.globus.org:8080/gcs
   
  But The site is not dispayed. My browser shows that "Page can not be 
displayed"
   
  So what should I have to do? Please suggest some solution.
