I think the problem probably is the ANT_HOME, though. What's under
$ANT_HOME/lib? There should be something like ant-launcher.jar. If
it's not there, try running "locate ant-launcher.jar" and setting
your ANT_HOME appropriately. It could be that there's an /etc/
ant.conf interfering with your ANT_HOME too.
