Have you checked the file postgresql.conf to uncomment the option
listen_addresses,
to set it to the your hostname/IP?

What dose it mean?
The value of the username parameter in the jndi-config.xml is globus
that is also the owner of the container, and the value of the passwd
parameter is correct (that is the logging passwd of globus).
