Hi folks, If you plan to attend SC07, we invite you to visit our booth #765 to see the live demo of our next release software called S(emantic)-MDS. This is a Semantic Metadata Discovery and Monitoring system implemented on the top of the Globus Toolkit 4 (GT4). The system semantically describes grid resources (services) so that they can be more efficiently and effectively discovered and monitored. We will present a live demo that shows an automatic creation of ontology structure from a resource property describing a cluster and a GUI-based tool to easily monitor the resources using a semantic Web query language SPARQL. This software harvests many semantic Web technologies but it was designed so that the user does not have to be familiar with the technologies in order to use it.
We also have a presentation session titled "Data Integration and the Semantic Grid Workshop" where the detail of S-MDS will be presented.
