This means that those job resources had not been
destroyed by the client and their lifetime didn't expire
yet. They still exist in the containers persistence directory.

By default this is ~<userWhoRunsContainer>/.globus/persisted/

If you're sure that all these jobs are fully processed and/or no
client ever wants to query them for job status you can remove
all files in <host-port>/ManagedExecutableJobResourceStateType/
in the persistence directory or simply remove the persistence
directory itself (it will be recreated if it does not exist).
