I am not familiar with geodise, but from looking at this article
(http://www.gridtoday.com/grid/343938.html) they are using the Cog
kit to submit to Globus services. You would either need to have
Globus services available to you where you are authorized to submit
jobs and transfer files (Teragrid, OSG, ...) or install and start up
your own Globus service. Then somehow tell (configure) Geodise about
those Globus services where you now have access.
