[gt-user] Problem installing one of the globus pre-requisites (newbie)

Hello,

I am trying to intall one of the pre-requisites for globus, this is 
java, I downloaded the sun binary j2sdk-1_4_2_10-linux-i586.bin, but 
when I try to install it in ubuntu I get the following error:

./j2sdk-1_4_2_10-linux-i586.bin: 395: ./install.sfx.23655: not found

How can I fix this problem, any ideas what is going on?.
