Hey i got the exact same error.
What you should be doing is :
[EMAIL PROTECTED] XML-Parser-2.36]# perl Makefile.PL
(This means log in as root, then go to that unzipped / untarred folder of
XML-Parser-2.36 then write the command : perl Makefile.PL )
Writing Makefile for XML::Parser::Expat
Writing Makefile for XML::Parser
(Processing will get over )
Then wite :
[EMAIL PROTECTED] XML-Parser-2.36]# make
(As root only run: make)
Then :
[EMAIL PROTECTED] XML-Parser-2.36]# make install
(As root run make install)
Now your XML-Parser is installed . Now you can proceed further
