/etc/grid-security/hostcert.pem and /etc/grid-security/hostkey.pem.
Running $GLOBUS_LOCATION/sbin/gpt-postinstall -force should re- generate any files that have the hostname configured into them, though you may then have to setup the RFT database/password again.
