per http://www.globus.org/toolkit/docs/4.0/admin/docbook/
quickstart.html#q-security) should do everything you needed.

I'm stuck with "make[1]: *** No rule to make target
`grid-security.conf.__CACERT_HASH__', needed by `all-am'. Stop."
Can anybody tell me the contents of this file, or is it enough, to
remove it
from the makefile?
