[gt-user] feeding MDS without Ganglia

We're in the process of setting up Globus on a resource that doesn't use 
Ganglia internally.  The cluster uses PBS and we'd like to use pbsnodes 
to feed the node status information in to PBS.

I'm assuming that not everyone use Ganglia to feed MDS. I'd be 
interested in getting some feed back from other sites in how they handle 
this type of "custom" connectivity and, in general, what the perspective 
is of Globus for this type of situation.
