Hm, that sounds like something went wrong in the installation.

What GT version is that?
How did you install it?

Maybe worth trying a quick re-install of ws-gram:

* set CVSROOT to :pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/home/globdev/CVS/globus-packages
* down load ws-gram from cvs
  cvs co -r <tag> ws-gram
  (replace tag with the version you are using (globus_4_0_[01234567]))
* build it
  cd ws-gram && ant

Does that solve the issue?
