Dear Tom:
I want to know how can I just use the short-lived end entity certificates .
for  Math_4op who use GSI,
the code about security is:
((Stub) math)._setProperty(Constants.GSI_SEC_MSG,
     Constants.ENCRYPTION);
 If I don't create the proxy certificate, there will be a "proxy file
(/tmp/x509up_u503) not found." error.

in this case, how can I config to use just EEC?

Thank you.

Yes, I use short-lived end entity certificates all the time.

Depends on what you're trying to do, I guess. Most command-line tools
have options that specify the location of the credential.
