[gt-user] Configuring Globus_location

Hello
I am using GT4.2.1.After installing I have implemented
SimpleCA.Further I want to use $GLOBUS_LOCATION for requesting a
certificate ,configuring authzframework
but this does not work. I have UBUNTU9.4 on terminal it will give
message command not found.
