*Jr. ETL/Datastage Developer Eden Prairie, MN 6 months +poss ext Rate $30/hr on C2C Max (only need 2-3 years experience)* *Skills:* 2-3 years of ETL/Datastage background using Oracle DB, UNIX, PERL, shell BA/DA experience HP Service manager & ITIL background a plus Excellent Oral & Verbal communication Must be able to participate in On-call rotational support *Role:* This is more of a support role than hands-on every day developer. They will be doing development, but a lot of support Modify existing ETL (DataStage) software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance. Develop and direct ETL system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation. Confer with business analysts, ETL engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design. Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements.
