Primary Duties / Responsibilities: • .Work with Lead Administrators to define transaction and reporting requirements of each role. • Support project team security admin and testing requirements for sandbox, development, training, test and production • Perform segregation of duties analysis. • Ensure compliance to Security Policies, Procedures, and control sets. • Participates as required in Help Desk support for the end-user community (process questions, best practices, problem resolution, ID creation and maintenance, etc.) • Assist with R/3 Upgrade Process, with specific focus on Security impacts • Familiarity of Service Desk tools and queue management.
