*Works on large, complex projects that require increased skill in multiple
technical environments and possesses knowledge in a specific business
area.Programs all or selected components of Web applications. Documents
components and applications. Researches, evaluates, and recommends new
Internet tools and applications for use in assigned responsibilities. This
job is at the senior level and requires experience in a variety of the more
difficult Web tools and languages.*



*MUST HAVE:*

   - *Experience with State Government, Medicaid, CHIP and DHR business
   area or healthcare industry*
   - *Six years of experience in software development using C# within a
   .Net Framework*
   - *Experience developing code using Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS or other
   web front-end technologies*
   - *Experience with SQL Server databases *
   - *Experience with project development methodology and able to apply
   methodology in a practical manner*
   - *Experience in a variety of the more difficult Web tools and languages*
   - *Working hands-on with all aspects of the System Development Life
   Cycle*
   - *Process knowledge and experience with Agile software projects*
   - *Ability to document code developed by analyst*
   - *Needs to be able to work independently and not rely on State or other
   team members for direction*
   - *Excellent written and verbal communication skills*

   - *MVC.Net <http://MVC.Net> experience*
   - *Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS)*
   - *SoftwareAGwebMethods experience/exposure *
