This person will be a part of assisting us to put together the team of developers, architect, trainer for this proejct, and will lead this team. HANA experience a big plus. Phone screen will be set up Monday/Tuesday next week with the top candidate. Position is located in Lancaster, PA 1 Year Contract SAP BI/BW 1 Senior / Lead BI Architect -- Expert in SAP BI/BW. Version 7.4. -- Experience with 3.x workflows -- Analyze and Design BW data structures and queries, converting existing designs into new designs to accomodate separation requirements. -- Communications / Liason between Armstrong BI architects and contracted developers. -- Oversee BI/BW contractor developers to ensure efficient work assignments and ensure quality of work by developers. -- Hands-on work to develop, test, document and implement new and revised data structures, ETL procesess and queries (which may consume some hours of Position BI-2). 100% on site 1 SAP BI/BW Expertise: -- Best practices for design of SAP BW 7.4 objects -- Data Sources / Standard & Custom Connectors from ECC -- Transformations -- InfoProviders, including virtual -- Process Chains -- Open Hub -- Security objects / BW Analysis Authorizations (knowledge of) -- ABAP (general understanding and ability to code within Transformations only) -- Front-end (Business Explorer / BEx) -- NetWeaver Portal -- Data Loading / Initializations -- Testing -- Documentation -- Experience/Knowledge of SAP Transport Organizer -- Strong English skills -- Self-starter -- Take direction and guidance from Armstrong BI Architects and project managers). -- Resolve best practices with Armstrong BI practices, making recommendations, but ensure ultimate decisions are made by Armstrong lead architects -- Plan, organize, and coordinate own work and work of team of contract developers -- Strong communications skills 8+ years SAP BW 6/1/2015 4/30/2016 * Regards:Sam Williams - Recruiting Manager ITBrainiac Inc.
