Thanks!!* *Title: Business Analyst* *Location: Cleveland, OH* *Duration: 2 months* Position is M-F from 9 - 5 with on-call responsibility one time per 8 weeks. Time off is compensated during that week. The successful candidate will have the following: • Bachelors degree (preferably in Business or Technology) and at least 4 - 6 years of experience in an IT Service Management environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate a technology incident to lines of business in a customer-focused business language to all levels of the organization. • Strong customer focus and ability to act with a “Sense of Urgency” in facilitating and gaining prompt incident resolution. • High level of understanding of business services, business systems and industry best practices. • The ability to network, influence and manage across all management and organization levels as well as cultural boundaries without having direct management authority. • Strong leadership qualities and facilitation skills with the ability to lead large groups of technical and operational support through assessment and mitigation activities, facilitate effective bridge lines, and provide required detailed documentation and follow up. • Ability to provide analysis on problem trends and identify process improvement opportunities for continuous improvement. • Previous experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, Project Management or other roles where indirect leadership experience was demonstrated, is desired. *• ITIL Foundations Certification and Banking or Financial Services Industry experience is preferred. **Knowledge of project management practices * Thank you, Raj Lead - IT Recruiter Desk: 330 286 0387 [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "GTA DBA" group.
