Role:- IBM BPM Developer/Architect Location:- Chattanooga, Tennessee Duration:-12+ Months *Job Title* IBM BPM Architect *Relevant Experience* *(in Yrs)* 12+ Yrs *Technical/Functional Skills* IBM BPM 8.5.5, Coach-UI, Process Designer, Workflow,BPEL,UI,Web Services,Agile,API,protocol,SOA *Experience Required* Strong hands on experience on IBM BPM Architecture Technical and delivery focus as well as “big picture” of BPM solutions. Must be able to speak to both the business and other IT delivery areas as well as work the details with the BPM team software engineers. “Business ready” along with development experience in the tools (need to answer the questions of the BPM COE team .Ability to listen to business articulate a problem and map that to the Client’s BPM Technical Vision Architectural Components: 1. Rules (ODM), 2. Business Activity Monitoring (Business Monitor), 3. Human Workflow [processes, work user portals, work manager portals] 4. Orchestration/Non-human processes and provide the solution architecture to the business problem using those components. 5. Orchestration with best industry practices about when each is used and how in technical solution designs. 6. Architecting and building human workflow processes with respect to BPMN palette, tasks, routing, and methods of managing tasks in worklists (push vs pull, skills-based routing, etc) 7. Understanding of pros/cons of external UI (not utilizing UI that runs within the BPM engine) for human workflow processes 8. Full understanding of the architecture and solution design of Business Monitor solutions: what they provide the business and how the technical solution is designed/built. 9. BPEL processes as orchestration for use in human workflow service task calls and exposure as Web Services or Rest services. 10.
