Behold! The most important bit for any project to succeed is to have
well defined and measurable success cirteria and to - preferably -
figure these things out early on, not somewhere in the middle.

To write these things down also is essential to the GTD method... you
don't want to keep all the why's and what for's in your head but lay
them out in a structured manner.

So exactly, simply add goals or other critical information to your
(project) tiddlers contents... and do so early on.
