I use Future Actions to hide actions that cannot be started now. There
are several features around future actions that are quite useful.

I think that using Last Modified Date violates the FV rules somewhat.
It takes discipline to not banish high resistance tasks to the bottom of
the list and never start them.  A more correct sort-method would be
Created Date, but then there's no re-add function.
