One problem I have with mGSD is that it only auto-saves under certain conditions. I have the box checked under "Automatically save changes". For example, when I create a new tiddler it auto-saves, but when I check an action as "done", it doesn't. So, if I try to close the tab it's in, it gives me a warning, and I have to click on "save changes".
