I mark this bug as WONTFIX as we will not implement the "Not
actionnable" menu anytime soon as it will definitely clutter the
interface without any major benefit.
Anyway, the discussion is open and feel free to propose tangible idea
that we could implement, either as a feature or as a plugin. If you can
also propose usecase that will highlight benefits of your feature.

Status in Getting Things GNOME!: Won't Fix
Bug description:
GTD method states:
If a task is not actionable (you can't do anything with it now), you can:
o Trash it (delete it, it's never getting done)
o Hold it (might do it someday)
o File it for later reference (the task is more of a reminder, not something
to do)
I'd like to see a "Not Actionable" submenu on the task context menu with these
three options.
Not Actionable >
Trash this task
Hold this task for later
File for reference
