Mmm, I'm seeing this only on one of my computer, not on the other.
Probably not a GTG bug then. (any clue on what can cause this is
welcome)

When launching gtg in Karmic, the following can be seen in the terminal :
** (gtg:6416): CRITICAL **: atk_object_set_name: assertion `name != NULL' failed
It happens each time you open a window, browser or task.
