This is really the issue. Having the gtk and a11y developers in the same place is great -- but totally useless unless Benjamin can focus on a11y while he's there. For that reason, plus the reasons of less required synchronisation (and the fact that Benjamin doesn't seem to mind the extra trip) the a11y hackfest was separated out.
